This project explores interface design for small formats, through the reinvention of an Apple Watch interface and an application adaptable as a widget on the home screen. The goal was to get hands-on experience with Figma and practice adapting graphic forms to the constraints of small screens.
I chose to develop an application that, like a weather app, provides daily information on the Earth’s position in the solar system, including the movement of the planets and lunar and solar cycles.
The interfaces are based on the principle of circularity, evoking both a classic clock and the Earth’s orbit around the Sun. The project also explores how to represent time, investigating how hours can be visually communicated in a small, interactive format while remaining intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
